Bernard Kamoroff is a Certified Public Accountant with twenty years' experience, specializing in small business. Mr. Kamoroff has worked directly with hundreds of businesses, and has been a speaker at small business, home business, and trade association meetings and conventions.

He has given business workshops for the University of California, American River College, Mendocino College, Open Exchange, Learning Annex, and San Francisco Business Renaissance.

Mr. Kamoroff is the author of five books about small business. A columnist for Home Office Computing, In Business Magazine, and 1099 Magazine, Mr. Kamoroff was also the small business editor for the Whole Earth Catalog. He writes the "Ask the C.P.A." column for the AltaVista Careers Web site.

In addition to helping other businesses, Mr. Kamoroff has started and successfully operated three of his own small businesses.
